If after 14 days you’re not completely satisfied, you’re covered by our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee. To begin a return, just contact us at hello@elleev.com with your order number or the name and email used at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will already be in processing and cannot be modified.

If you cancel within 24 hours, refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.

Try your Elleev underwear for at least 14 days to allow your body to fully experience the comfort and protection. If you’re still not satisfied, contact us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding any shipping fees, if applicable).

Damaged or Defective Items

Every pair of Elleev underwear is carefully inspected before shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 72 hours of delivery.

Email us at hello@elleev.com with a clear photo of the damage. We’ll review it promptly and, if eligible, send a replacement at no cost to you.

Please note that damage to packaging (such as a dented box) does not qualify as a damaged product. We cannot refund or replace items damaged through normal wear, misuse, or improper care.

Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to ensure your order arrives on time. However, Elleev cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

If your package is delayed, lost, or stolen, please contact the courier directly for updates. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for lost or delayed deliveries once a tracking number has been provided.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your address at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours at hello@elleev.com so we can correct it. After that period, we cannot guarantee address changes, and orders sent to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
