Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days. We’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will depend on your location.

🇨🇦 Canada: 6–10 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 6–12 business days
🌎 Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Please note: During holidays or peak shipping periods, couriers may experience delays in transit and tracking updates that are outside of our control.
If your package is shipped internationally, customs processing times may also affect overall delivery windows.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It’s important that your shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.
Incorrect or incomplete details can cause delays or even order cancellations.
If our system detects an address issue, our support team will reach out via email within 3 business days to verify your information. If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund.
If you spot an error in your address, please email us at hello@elleev.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications after this time.
Delayed Delivery
We understand how important it is for your Elleev order to arrive on time. While we ship quickly, delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control — such as carrier issues, customs delays, or extreme weather conditions.
If your order is delayed, we’ll work closely with the courier to resolve the issue and keep you informed.
Please note that Elleev is not liable for external delivery delays, but we’ll always do our best to assist you and ensure your package reaches you as soon as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us at hello@elleev.com right away.
Once a package has been handed over to our courier, it becomes their responsibility. However, we’ll do everything we can to help you file a claim and follow up with the carrier for updates.
If the courier confirms the package cannot be located, we may offer a replacement or alternative resolution depending on the circumstances.
We also recommend filing a report with your local courier office or local authorities if theft is suspected.
Please note that Elleev is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, but we’ll always work with you to reach a fair resolution.
